Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your mail order purchase you can return your order to us at any time within 10 days of receipt, for a full refund on the cost of the goods or an exchange. Please note that goods must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging with the original purchase receipt.
To return:
Complete the Returns Form on the rear of your CENDRILLION receipt indicating clearly whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Send the items (in their box and with the tissue paper intact) in the mail out bag and seal using the glue strip provided.
Attach the sticky returns label we provide you on your receipt onto the outside of the mail out bag, covering the label containing your original delivery address.
Take your parcel to the nearest post office and post. We recommend that you send returns by special delivery so that they are insured for you and are traceable. The cost of returning goods to Cendrillion is borne by you.
We try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, during very busy periods, please allow 10 days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Legal Statement on Returns
Your statutory rights are not affected when returning any product to CENDRILLION. All CENDRILLION goods are checked for quality before they are sent to you. Footwear should only be fitted on a carpet for protection. Returned goods found to be damaged, marked, soiled or scratched will not be refunded or exchanged. Refunds or exchanges will not usually be given for goods returned without a CENDRILLION returns form and full adherence to our terms and conditions. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Returned goods must be in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct the value of repackaging for any goods not returned in their original packaging. All returns should be accompanied by original documentation for credit purposes, and clearly state the reason for return. It is recommended that you obtain a proof of posting when returning goods, we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Postage charges for returned goods are the full responsibility of the purchaser, and are non refundable by CENDRILLION.

Faulty Goods
In the case of ‘faulty’ unworn goods, the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) states that consumers are allowed a reasonable time within which to reject the goods for a repair, exchange or full refund. All Cendrillion goods carry a full manufacturers warranty protecting you from basic defects in workmanship and failure in use. Repairs, exchanges or full refunds will therefore be issued if products experience manufacturing defects or failure in use. We cannot guarantee against standard wear and tear and we reserve the right to seek a second opinion from an independent body when defect inspections are required. Where goods returned to Cendrillion are returned due to manufacturing defects or failure in use but are not actually found to be as a result of defect or failure, Cendrillion will not reimburse the cost of the customer posting the boots back to us. In this same situation Cendrillion will advise how best the customer could repair the boots and will arrange repair if it is required. However, the cost of this repair and the return postage to the customer will be borne by the customer.

Refunds or credits are subject to U.K Consumer Rights Charter.
CENDRILLION aims to deliver goods within 7 working days of receipt of order.
Removal of footbeds and replacement with different soles or changing the heel will invalidate CENDRILLION’S guarantee of reasonable wear and tear. CENDRILLION boots and shoes are not designed to take any other soles or heels other than it's own. Please note that CENDRILLION footwear is not manufactured for use with orthotics which can result in abnormal wearing of soles, we therefore regret to inform you that the use of orthotics in our footwear negates guarantees to soles, zips and stitching.
We have tried our utmost to portray the detail, colours and leather texture of the footwear correctly. However, due to photographic variation and computer settings please allow for slight variation.
